Cookie Policy

Effective 22 October 2026

Voz AI uses as little as it can: one cookie to keep you signed in, and storage in your browser so the app works fast and offline.

At a glance

  • One cookie, for signing in. It’s strictly necessary.
  • No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Your practice data and recordings are kept in your browser’s storage on your device.
  • If we ever add optional cookies, they stay off unless you turn them on.

1. What cookies and storage are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Websites can also keep data in your browser’s local storage and IndexedDB. Privacy laws treat them all the same way, so this policy covers both.

“Strictly necessary” items are needed for something you asked for, like staying signed in, and don’t need consent. “Preference” items remember choices you made. Optional items, such as analytics or marketing, are only used if you allow them.

2. Cookies we use

Cookies

Voz AI sets this cookie on its own domain (it’s first-party), on behalf of our sign-in provider Orbital. It’s secure (HTTPS only).

3. Browser storage we use

Once installed, our app also keeps a copy of its own pages and files (not your data) so it opens offline. Keys ending in “:” are followed by your account id.

4. Third parties

Voz AI’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when they load, but doesn’t set cookies for this. There are no advertising networks, social media plugins or analytics tools on Voz AI. See the Privacy Policy for every company that processes data for us.

5. Your choices

You can change your choices at any time: . The same link is in the footer, and in Settings in the app.

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary ones, you won’t be able to sign in, and clearing site data signs you out and removes recordings stored on that device.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don’t track you across sites, so there’s nothing for Do Not Track to switch off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Reject non-essential” automatically.

7. Changes and contact

If we change what we use, we’ll update this page and ask for your choice again where needed. Questions: privacy@voz.ai.
